I think the most important thing for mad tracker is to have a all track view not just one pattern!

ps.: Like all track automation!
You will be able to control your track better and have a better view of all your track ,stacture and everything...

Agreed on your 2nd automation point, but as long as we don't lose the existing totally useful function of flicking through the patterns like a flick book. (That's how I see it - means you can quickly and easily paste etc into the same position in the pattern , but on different patterns. One of the strengths of Trackers over other sequencers.)

how about an automation not shown by track-patern, but as track-song

so you have one big graph of the track of the the entire song.

Just like in rollorcoaster tycoon (the game)
Watching the track's g-forces or speeds in a graph displaying from start to end

Hahaha, comparing madtracker to rollercoaster tycoon. Very Happy

This would be nice i think, but you should be able to zoom in and out than. It could be like Logic Cubase and any midi program has it. Would be nice, because you would have a nice overview of what your song is like.

what is hip?
