Nectarine: Competition of multichannel tracked musics
Reply with quote

The people at Nectarine have organized a small competition that supports the usage of MadTracker! The input is a small module that includes a fixed set of samples, and it's up to your creativity and skills to transform this unpolished gem into a shiny diamond. All rules and working material can be found at the Nectarine homepage. Good luck!

"3/ You can use any fastracker or madtracker effects !"

Does that mean all trackeffects such as rxx?

Maybe the wrong place to ask...

Apparently. From what I understood of it, all standard features of MadTracker are allowed, which also includes track effects. I would even say the EQ, but you should definately ask the Nectarine-people. You can comment on their page, and most probably ask questions.

Most of us already have the prize... It would be nice to win even the ohm force plugins, which are a little to little bang for the buck for me.. Not like MadTracker!

hmm, the samples were of such low quality I could feel my inspiration drain out of me... Guess I'm not a lo-fi sample kind of guy... But it will be interesting to hear what kind of masterpieces people manage to squeeze out of those samples. Good luck to all madtrackers who participate Smile

Haha... low quality? It's a joke right?
You can use all the great things of madtracker. You will prolly be surprised then what you can do with tiny samples as these! Wink

I will join btw. and my mate as well. If I win, I will give my license to that mate!

Cheers,
xpz

I never did bother entering as there were no clear rules and no judge would answer... Also samples were not too good but hey... I COULD have done a lot with them anyway... You've all heard my "audio configuration test" eh? Wink
