It's filler time in the land of Illinois Confectionary. Here's some good ol' fashioned 24-hour-deadline candy for y'all.
The Opposition
Here we go, some Daft Punk-esqué stuff. The samples are from "Those Shoes" by Eagles. Don't worry, there's no tight leather leads here.
Windchime
This was actually made way back in 2004, although I can't recall ever releasing it. It's new-ish!
My Baby Shot Me Down
A recreation of the first verse of "My Baby Shot Me Down", as performed by Nancy Sinatra, the version heard at the start of Kill Bill Volume 1. Her voice is also sampled. |

The Opposition
Great song! I really like the sound that is indeed kinda similar to Daft Punk. What I waited for in this song was for some lyrics/vocals. There was some vague line, but I kept on waiting for more. Too bad there wasn't, but overall it was pretty cool.
The Windchime
Something totally different, but also very cool. I like the laid back atmosphere. Kinda reminds me of a Discovery Channel tune.. You know, those ones that come in the program once in a while. Or in a commercial. I like it.

The vocal was taken straight from the right channel of Nancy Sinatra's version of "My Baby Shot Me Down". |
