Sample slicer and allocater

It would be really handy if you could load a breakbeat (or maybe any sample) then it gets sliced automatically and then each sample gets put into a sample slot so that you could quickly and easly do your own drum programming from that breakbeat.

Definately interesting idea, although not a core function of MadTracker. It's not really a difficult concept: just an algorythm that places tags at volume changes of an adjustable size, after which it splits the file according to these tags, saves the files to waves, loads them into one instrument and assigns automatic a key on the keyboard map and the proper pitch. Not a clue if such is possible in MadTracker though. Seems more suitable for a plugin (Recycle for stand alone or one of the plugins from http://www.madtracker.org/plugins.php?query=slice).
