Compo entries packed (for download)

OK, I just thought that it would be cool to have all the entries from the Big Compos packed for one-click download. I couldn't find such a pack anywhere, anyways. Maybe not so a must feature, but would make it easier for me at least to download all those. (I'd rather click four times on download than 200+ times)

If there is such a magic button somewhere, call me stupid or call me names, just gimme the button while doing so.

God d*mn you're so stupid it's ridiculous. I can't understand how you can be soo blind you don't see the "download all entries in one click" -button. Mad It's ri... oh wait... I can't see one either Embarassed Yes, this would be a splendid idea, sir. We must urge the site-god to add one a.s.a.p. Pray

Mr. Green

Seriously, this is a good idea and I'm surprised no one came up with it earlier. In the days of fast internet connections, no one would mind having the option of downloading everything from a compo in one 325MB package. Except for Yannick maybe, who has to give up the HDD-space for the packs.

HDD space is not really the matter, it's more about bandwidth usage.

But I'll see what I can do... Smile

How about setting up a torrent for the files? That would distribute the bandwidth usage to others (plus would promote the legal use of torrents). Of course, you'd have to provide the original seed, but once it's distributed enough it should cut down on your bandwidth usage quite a bit. I don't know about others but I for one would gladly seed the files everytime I have my testserver running, which is almost daily for 12h+ (and once I have a server that's a bit quieter I could even have it seeding 24/7).
