i just bought some funky stuff.
studio monitors, and a Roland Juno-G

""feel it""
good batery. Sounds clean! slow hi hats and cymbal making beats!
it's not funny doing it?? jaja!! well, try to do it with samples and automations!! je:P!!
and try to do a complex beat! (you know... but 32 LPB and enter lots of notes in each trak's line )

i dont know meng, i prefer doing it live, wit samples i find it hard to get exactly what i feel at the time.
i did use automation as well, but just to fade in the parts. otherwise.. im still pretty new with the keys.
p.s. complexity doesnt necesarily = good song.
for the sake of argument tho. the rhodes was an open jam, and i didnt rehearse any of the parts, so its all kind of improvisational. |
