I recently made a XML RSS news feed. Its URL is http://madtracker.org/rss.php
Trillian Pro users will enjoy it for instance. Wink

The use of this? To have MadTracker.org news in programs (or websites) that supports RSS.

Oeh...RSS feeding time! The best way to read weblogs without reading them Smile My site also supports it, and visitors are very happy that they don't have to visit my site anymore Very Happy

Gonna add it to my reader straight away, although (as Spaceman said) I don't see much news coming to actually use a daily update. There might be possibilities though, like a summary of active threads, new music, FAQ topics, tips and links to external (mt or non-mt related) sites.

But why aren't the topics timestamped properly? I get a random overview of all available topics, and other rss feeds are really based on date. Still need some configuring to do?

Inge

Yes I probably have to fix some things, since I simply based the XML layout to an existing RSS file. Having forum posts in it is a cute idea indeed. Let me see what I can do with it. Wink
