Is Mad tracker compatible with EZ Drummer?

I have Madracker 2 as a set path for EZ Drummer. When I drag and drop EZ Drummer's files to Madtracker 2 I am either getting no sound or just midi. Not drums. Is Madracker 2 compatible with EZ Drummer? Shocked

It is compatible, but I think that you've got to import the midi files manually.

Also, I think there's a problem saving the mixer configurations of Ezdrummer.

No, you'll have to track down where the midi files is located on your harddrive and manually via madtracker's menus import them...

I don't remember how to right now, though. I have to come back to you Smile

Sorry for the late answer. Too much other stuff around me right now. Kids with stomach disease amongst other. Smile

Anyway, seems like there's no easy way of importing midi files. But what you can do is as I said, track down where the midi files are; then you'll have to open the midi file as a new project. (File / Open)

Choose the .mid file and open it.

Then you'll have to copy the pattern this into the buffer, (Edit / Pattern / Copy). Then open the project you're working on and paste the pattern there. (Edit / Pattern / Paste).

You can, ofcourse edit the song that the midi import created aswell; as a new project.

Hope this helps
Cheers/Daniel
