TUTORIAL UPDATE: Added new section BURNING TRACKS ON CD
Reply with quote

Hi!

Finally another hopefully helpful section. Just some basics about burning files on audio CDs. The section covers the nonstop mix too (mix without pauses). Tell me what you think.
The link to the section can be found HERE
Regards

Again a much requested topic that has been covered by you on a very understandable and intuitive way. You're doing a fine job!

Nice work! a couple of things though:

1. in the non-stop mix, you don't have to go through all tracks separately to edit the pause to 0 seconds. Just select all tracks, right-click->properties->pause=0 Wink

2. the pause for the first track isn't audible anyway, so there's no need to make an aditional track just to get rid of that. The pause that Nero shows for each track is placed between the current track, and the track before. For instance, the pause that's listed for song_02 is placed between song_01 and song_02. That's why it doesn't make any difference if the pause of the first track is there or not, because it's placed before the first track. Why it's there is because it says so in the standards (the rainbow book definitions) Very Happy I couldn't find any more info about it but my guess is that it's needed for indexing or something similar.

Thanks Inge for your encouragement Wink I try my best *grin*.

Thanks Sunbuster for the hint. You are right. It`s easier to select the whole tracks and then simply rightclick to change the values. I`ll change that ASAP!
