Would be nice if user could select a color to be used in forums/site from user profile.

As now the color changes between visits (like before).

Or even better: user could select custom colors to be used. Maybe neeed too much work, though.

That's why there are color buttons in the menu. Wink

If you have your cookies enabled, it should remember it for the next visit.

It never worked before (cookies was always enabled). Good if it now works.

Cool, now it works. Wink

One more suggestion: would the avatar background be always using some one static color? For "transparent" pictures. I know gif can do it, but if needing more colors.

Use PNG. That way you can use an 8-bit alpha channel.

Yep, but I would miss them.

Some forums just have problems when using Phoenix/Firebird. Don't know why, but when that happens, the solve was to use IE instead...

But I will try Firebird, maybe it works for me now (last time I tried, I switched back very soon to IE/MyIE).

Well, Mozilla is very standard compliant. So if you have troubles, it's more likely to be a problem with the forum. Since almost all websites develop under IE (unfortunately), there are many chances it's the case.

That's your point of view. Wink I prefer to use standard-compliant softwares for my part. Wink

m$ introduced too many "standards" in IE. Now it's a real mess.

I think you will have less problems with IE, coz most of sites are optimized to it. But will see if I will like this Phoenix more than IE now... Wink

Yes I know, but then it's a vicious circle. Wink

And I prefer to have little glitches in badly designed websites, than annoying popups, trojan menaces, etc. with IE. Rolling Eyes

(Where is that link to the page listing the non-fixed vulnerabilities of IE again?.. Wink)
