QBical - My Machine

Hey all,

Just finished a new track, it's called 'My Machine' it's from the comming Online EP 'Hit Factory', this is the lead track so it features the sound of the EP.

Anywayz, you download it from my website, or you can click here.
It's a 128bit file ( so quite low quality ) if you want a better version you can PM me or wait until the EP comes out Smile

Lyrics -
My machine gives me everything I ask of him,
My machine turnes me on when I'm alone,
My machine makes better then I've ever been,
My machine, it makes me moan.

As always feedback is very very welcome!

Grtz

Muse - Plug in Baby!

or - for those who give up:

Death - Pull the plug

Very Happy

Now, about the track: ex-cel-fuc-king-lent. As usual, heavy head nodding and tapping feet.

Maybe you could have used a bassline that is a bit more dirty/deep/heavy (like a good ass vibrator should be in the first place btw) to make it a top-notch floor filler.

Yep, this could be one for a dildo launch party Mr. Green

Personally, I think the basskick shouldn't go as low as it goes now. I think it sounds too round somehow. A slightly faster decay could be better I think. It's too boomy now... Either that or the bassline is interfering there somehow.

Otherwise, well the track's got your name written all over it Smile

I love the track. However....

I would have done the intro differently. I don't like it that the melody is there from the beginning. Because of this there's a big part where there's only melody+beat, and no bass. That's kind of a turn off for me (and that's not what this machine is supposed to do). You can get away with it I guess, but I would have done it differently.

And Inge, thnx for reminding me of plug me in, excellent stuff.

tnx fo rthe feedback guys Smile

As for the kick, yeah it's quite deep, I could do something about it but I intend to play this track for an audience this Fryday, I'll listen how the club's soundsystem handles it Smile
Also I noticed that in the 128bit version some high frequency's are left out, maby this add's to the whole to much bass thingy Smile

And for the melody, I heard this from some more people so I will do something about it Smile It's intended to be DJ friendly so that's why the part with no bass Smile

Grtz!
