When will the plugin sdk be released? With the release of mt3 or later? Or do you accept plugin developers before the actual release?
It would be nice to have additional features from day 1 so to speak  |

Because Madtracker 3 will support vst/vsti you will have additional features from day 1... |

No no no, think big here.. I'd have to hit Yannick with a signifant large object if he leaves vst/vsti support out of the original package .
I like some features in other programs which are not exactly tracker heritage. For example the playlist in FL Studio and I'm sure there's a lot more examples like this (just can't think of them right now). Wouldn't it be nice to have these extra features ready as soon as possible? Even if you don't use them it does broaden the target audience. |

Having this in the initial release would be nice indeed. But I'm afraid it would delay the whole thing.
MT3 will have a great API, but it'll take time before it gets stable and unified. It should be available to developers before the initial release, but I don't want to rely on this to decide of the release date unless I can find some serious dedicated 3rd party developers.
