I'll check the possibility of that chainer-like thing...
About the other extension, I don't think it's needed. If a plugin is missing, you have a popup window telling you which one in a list. And if you double click on a plugin in that list, you go to a webpage (on MT.org) that will offer you a download link (if available).

Now THAT would totally rock.
Although it would be quite a lot of coding work, such a feature (and harddisk-recording ) would immediately put MT onto a similar level with some well known audio sequencers...
Yannick, please think about it.

I have found two bugs :
- sometimes MT freezes when I close it, so I have to open the task manager to close it properly
- some presets with arpeggios (or "trancegate"), like in z3ta+ or Unknown Synth, aren't played well. They are played correctly when I press my keyboard, but in a pattern the arpeggio sequence is played randomly (or not played at all). It seems that the plugins have difficulties to synchronize correctly. |

Would it be possible to make the 3xx effect affect VST's aswell? (it's a really important effect) |

Hi Zappa!
3xx is the portamento right? There are a lot of VSTis that offer a portamento/gliding setting. If e.g you want to create this gangsta whining sound you may checkout mda`s dx10 or jx10. There is a gliding section which let you adjust the portamento.
You can control the VSTis via the automation too. Maybe thats an solution.
Hope I could help.

On the latest news, I am currently working on the interface to implement an easy way to load VST plugins and to search your modules collection (by title, author, etc.).
But the trickiest part is to make ReWire stable.
