For me it`s mostly tea, sometimes i drink non-alcoholic white beer.

Hearbtea or blacktea, sometimes whitetea

What do you drink when you programm madtracker?

Tea, Beer or Coffee? Wink

I consider these as "starterliquids" but I see no correlation if I begin to track after it. Wink

So far I have left aside all liquids&food consuming while madtracking.
