where is the software license?

I faled to find the software license to read. Is this a free software, or GPL?
is the download fully functioning? or time or feature limited?
do we have to pay?

MadTracker is free unless you want some more advanced features.
More information on the subject here.

You can read the full license at the start of the installer.
