Looking for a couple VST plugins.

hi all.

i tried the VST database here and did a search, but no luck.

im lookng for 2 different VST plugins.

firstly, i want one with a church bell effect. i like to use a lot of goth/industrial/dark stuff and i need a church bell sound.

secondly, a distorted guitar sound. im thinkin a versatile plugin that can go all the way from acoustic guitar to muted rhythym sounds to burning leads and heavy distortion. id like to be able to get a sound like the one on the beginning of blaqk audio's stiff kittens. (myspace.com/blaqkaudio)

so yeah. sorry to bug but thnx.

a church bell you'd be best using a sample. but for synth bells find an fm synth.

for guitars, use a sample of clean guitar and then use plugins to distort it as much as you want. try out lfx 1310 for the fx as a start. im sure others will be able to give more helpful answers.

Tweakbench's Carillon or Papaya works well.
For guitar... use Slayer 2 or DVS Guitar if you have no money.

Go to hammersounds and get a soundfont. If you have anything better than (acck, pfft!) dialup, you might want to download all the soundfonts you think might be good and test them all.
