Back in the ancient times or the stone ages I can never rember which, we with Amigas running Soundtracker and or Noisetracker could print out sequences.
Can MT do this I have searched high and low and cant seem to find it, or is it just senile decay setting in!
I have just noticed this question was asked in 2003. To counter some of the critics, I will point out that I also use Sibelius and I tried to export a MT2 file to a MIDI with dissapointing results. I dont think the problem lies within MT2 as I have seem some very odd MIDI files do the same thing in Sibelius and Finale.
With the Amiga I did print out a full Track once and I did generate a fair bit of paper however If you want to see paper generation go watch my father who is an arranger/composer, he lays awaste huge tracts of forests when he gets going! Anyway I though a fuction to print out sections of the whole score would be useful.
