since I downloaded the newest version of mt2 my recording mode gets disabled everytime I listen to a song with ctrl. when I play it with shift to loop the pattern itself it stays on, but I often just listen to it with ctrl to stop the song where it sounds wrong and just correct it. it bothers me that I have to press space every time I stop a song to edit it, mostly since I'm used to just stopping it to edit it... old habits, I guess...
is this how it's supposed to be, and if so, is there some option that turns this off? I already looked but couldn't find it. or is it my installation of mt2 that does it?
