Is MadTracker for me?
I don't have a piano, but I'd like to be able to just tap out some sheet music to help me learn some pieces for my chorus.
I got MadTracker because I wanted something free and simple that would allow me to "compose" and save.
The learning curve is steeper than I was looking for. Is there something else I should be using or is there a quick guide that would help me do what I'm trying to do?
There may be easier progs to use that accept sheet music scores, but if you do use madtracker, you can enter the notes on your computer keyboard (or open a midi file, if you got one). Plus you can use the Trinity Piano instrument for your sound.
