Well basically you have to upload your songs on the Web somewhere (like for example to the MadTracker website if you are a registered member). If you don't have a place for your songs anywhere, you can always use some temporary storing solutions, like for example yousendit.com. There are MP3 sites on the web that allow for song uploads, so you can always use one of those.
