 |
Does anyone know a good place to get free brass VST instruments? Im looking specifically for a saxophone, but would like other brass instruments as well just to change up my music from time to time. I've done a little browsing so far, but haven't been able to find any - also, a keyboard VST instrument (smooth & piano-like) would be nice... Thanks for any suggestions. |

about the sax, I think it will be very very hard to find a good/real sounding one for free. I've been looking along time without any luck. This vst is one of the better ones but is still to synthetic for my taste:

I prefer real recorded ones, expensive as hell but awesome!
This is not a vst which means you'll have to use a converter like cdextract to make soundfonts or something else to use in mt2:

about the smooth piano sound, you could always experiment with some filter and other fx's to get the that sound you want from a piano you already have.
and if you have to have free saxes my bet is to start browsing the sample topic here in this forum and start looking and looking

Hey thanks TOffe, pretty much what I was looking for... I don't like the loud noise that happens every minute or so, I wish there where a way around it (that doesnt involve $). |
