Anyone have a link to sample one note trumpets and saxophones? Or a VST that emulates them? That would would be perfect for my next track.

Here's a good site for samples of band/orchestral instruments. http://theremin.music.uiowa.edu/MIS.html

merlin_gmv22.sf2 has some reasonably good saxophone soundfonts, if you can still find it on the net. If not, PM me and I'll email you it. Also some of Gort's GM banks have some fair sax and trumpet soundfonts. You can find Gort's stuff at Hammersounds under the GM Banks category. http://www.hammersound.net/

DVS now has a sax VST... not bad for a sample playback synth.
