MIDI vs ASIO

I finally got ASIO4all, and it won't do output for MT. The PDF that came with it says it is probably because of Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth in the midi setting in MT. How do I change it?

Yes, I found that. How do you change it? It's the only selection, and MT won't let me take it out.

You can start MT without MIDI with the "-nomidi" switch. Or you can disable it from the Edit menu as well.

But then I can't use a midi keyboard.

MS GS Wavesynth etc. is in edit, configuration, MIDI, delay compensation. How can I take that out and still use MIDI?
