just got this program (don't know to much about computers) and I'm having this problem, when I press the key to play a sample there is a delay, just long enough to notice and put me off using this progam.
Most likely some thing can be done about it, because it is not normal for the latency to be noticeable.
Hovever, it is difficult to help you without more specific information, like: what kind of soundcard do you use, does the problem occur all the time or only while using a specific VST, What kind of computer are you using? etc.
