How do I change my midi sounds on Madtracker 2? For instance keys to drums or keys to guitar and or bass?

I really dont understand the question though I use several MIDI hardware synthesizers with MT2.

Describe the exact problem

Instrument->Edit->Synthesizer->Enable->Microsoft (something)(if not enabled)->Programme.
