I am an old Skale-tracker and in skale you had an "effect" of sorts which was 'D' which ended the pattern you were in and jumped to the next one.
I'm in a situation where a song is switching between a 3/4 time signature and a standard 4/4 so I sometimes need to end the pattern early.
Is this possible in MadTracker or are there other ways to solve the problem?
I did just find, and these are the things you just find after you finally asked the question, that each individual pattern can be set to have an individual length so I can in fact set my pattern to the correct length (48 in my case instead of 64).
I still wonder if it is possible to cut the pattern short though.
