We go into the funky slow house area with this one. Overall a mediocre piece unfortunately. It's repetitive, the samples are of very variating quality, and the levels in the mix are not very well tuned to each other. The background house pads are of the kind that have been used a million times
The tune seems to be meant to loop forever(?), at least the end and the beginning pretty much loop into each other seamlessly. So, in reality it's a pretty short tune, but this way it's basically an endless piece. However, if you keep the option of not looping the song on, you get a very weird ending. I don't know if it was the intention of the author to loop the song forever. I however would want a proper ending to the song.
Overall, this tune feels unfinished. More work should have gone into checking the levels and finding good samples. The structure is very simple, which can be a charm in some cases, in this case though the end result is only a repetitive song with weird vocal samples that don't fit to each other.
