Right, this tune starts of with some cool tribalish drums playing, a mellow pad plays. A while into the song we're treated to a beautiful oboe melody, very sentimental somehow, which fits the tune perfect and really sets an atmoshpere. A bit further the oboe is faded out, and we get to hear a electro guitar playing a disted version of the same melody, which unfortunately ruins the atmoshpere set by the oboe completely. The guitar imo doesn't fit the rest of the song at all. It should have been left out completely.
The mix is a bit uneven sometimes. The background pads and strings could be brought a bit more up front.
I really like this tune for the oboe melody and the tribal drums. It's worth the download just for those two elements. But the guitar should have been left out...
