Sounds like: Squarepusher or any other retrigger-happy producer on Rephlex or Warp.
Good:
-Prins W uses a total of seven tracks, and still manages to get the sound he wants to achieve. Thus, intelligent usage of samples and tracking tricks to achieve the goal intended.
-I definately like the environment, sound and atmosphere of this track. Very dry, highly chaotic and fast drums make a beautiful contrast with the very slow main pad and bassline.
Points of attention:
-The song is too short. 2.40 just won't do for a full entry. Take your time, vary on the contrast that you make between beats and chords, and let everything evolve slowly. I love to drown in these soundscapes.
-The components for the beats could be more diverse, but especially more furious. Aphex Twin's Drukqs is a blueprint of making beats out of anything in a highly chaotic and powerful way. Skratz Kontroller is too friendly for the listener. EQ the components, add additional unconventional samples, make things more powerful.

right, I'm thinking aphex twin when hearing this. Fast drums that run around the place, on a mellow background with some 303ish sounds playing.
Technically, well what can I say, it's good. The drumprogramming is variating, which is good since the tune relies pretty heavily on the drums. Lot's of variating sounds playing around everywhere in the stereofield. Some might think it's a bit too much jumping around though.
To say something negative though, I'm not so sure about the use of instr. 1C. The jump it causes from the other notes is a bit weird, even for this song. I wouldn't go this high, instead find something closer to the notes that are played most of the time.
Sample quality is excellent, good choices all the way also. I like instr. 25, interesting choice, but it works great for it's purpose.
It's a cool tune, but would I put it on before going to bed? actually, not impossible at all. Although the drums run around, and there's a lot going on all the time, it's a kind of chilling track. It takes some time getting used to though. I only started enjoying it after three or four runs. For demanding audiences in other words, but I recommend it to everyone with the slightest interest in electronic music.

Somewhat short track, and not really impressive in terms of sounds of melodics - but with some very intense and clever drum programming.
