Yes, this definetly has the good vibe in it. It's a chilled down piece, a bit down tempo. Wouldn't have been surprised to hear this in the intro of a thriller. I like the melody that's played with the piano, like the general atmosphere that's created. Reminded me a bit of MacGyver for some reason :)
The mix is well balanced, nothing standing out too much, nothing getting lost. The stereofield has been well used also. The basskick I think could have used a bit more bottom, a bit more oomph. It sounds a bit weak compared to the majestic feel of the rest of the track. Also, I think the strings could have used some more reverb, to give them more space, more depth, especially the high strings. I'm not too fond of the ending, it's dragged out a bit too much. I think the tune would have had a good ending at aprox 5:30. Instead of going back on the beat once more for the last 45 seconds it could have ended right there. Sample quality is very good though, most instruments are multi-sample, which really shows the quality.
Overall, this is a very respectable piece of work. It has great atmosphere, and works well in general. Good work, simply put.

Good quality sounds, most of which stand out clearly in the mix - all except the kick drum, which tends to drown a lot. Simple but nice chords and progressions. There's something distinctly personal and unique about the sound of this track.
