Don't know where to put this one. It's a blend of rock and jazz I'd say.
I like the piano in this track, it has a nice mellow vibe, creating a sort of jazzy feeling.
The drums are a bit of a puzzle. They're on one hand pretty variated, on the other hand you notice the same things coming back over and over in the song. I don't know how to describe this, I just know there's something off with them. I'd lay back on the tomfills a bit, they're used too often even when there's nothing dramatic really happening in the track. To be honest, they get a bit annoying in the end.
The guitar, well on one hand again nice, but it sounds to be of very low quality. It doesn't fit in to the rest of the track as such, it could use more crispness, more highend.
In conclusion, I like the track in general, but I think it's perhaps a bit too much jumping from one thing to another, and it's missing that little extra that would make it great. The oddly low quality of the guitar also has it's effect on the overall atmoshpere of the track. But still, good work, just lay of the fills a bit ;)

Too much reverb, some sounds are slightly out of tune.
