Have to say this right away. Like the piano in the intro, although it plays a somewhat familiar tune. This sounds a bit like early 90's demo music, and in this case that's not so good. What makes it sound like this is instrument 09, and this instrument alone. If it was your (the author's) intention or not I don't know, but personally I'd change that instrument to something else. It doesn't fit in with the other instruments, which have a more live, less computer sound.

To get back to the piano then, it bothers me a bit that the same loop is played through the whole song. It worked well in the beginning as a intro, but at some point I'd fade it out and not introduce it again for at least a minute or so.

I like the drumprogramming here. Suitably variated they work well. Also the bass has a nice edge to it. Not sure I'd put those basshits in there though (the Seinfeld like sounds), think the bass would work better without them.
The background disted guitar is perhaps a bit quiet, try raising the volume on that one. I feel it looses it's power the way it is now.

Overall the track has a nice swing to it. Most of the credit for that goes to the bassline and the drums. The lead melody however is somewhat familiar and the piano, however nice in the beginning, gets a bit irritating in the end. But other than that, good work.

The theme is somewhat 80s "megademo" sounding, which for me is a bad thing. Transpose and repeat, evil. The sounds are of very high quality, and the mix is very good for the most part too - one of the lead sounds seemed way too loud in contrast to the rest of the mix. The drums are skilfully done, and the keyboard programming is excellent.
