I thought this would be the year that none of the tracks would receive below a total of 10 points from me. This track comes dangerously close.

We start of with a short bassline intro playing something that would suggest we'll get down to some happy sort of wibes. The in comes some screetching I don't know what to call it. Sounds like part of a hihat played at a too low note. It is more or less present throughout the rest of the track.

The track lacks structure completely. Period.

The 10 or so crashes that play togheter with the vocal sample got me thinking about sadomasocism. Not a pretty picture, but still... On another note, the kick carries a pretty good punch. The bass in the beginning was pretty massive also, too bad it got dropped for that screetcher after 23 seconds. Another thing I did like about this track was that short sample that played a sort of synthline in the background. It got to play alone with a low kick around 1:10 in the track, so you'll know what I mean.

But based on the evidence, I'm going to suggest a career change. That is, if this was the result of 2 months work. If this was the result of 30 minutes of work, then why did you even bother wasting the bandwidth?

Experimental kinda techno, with distorded juno loops & other weird pre-sampled loops.
Some a little bit original samples here and there but the overall impression this song gives is that it has been done in half an hour and that this entry is more like a joke. I hope so at least.

The only positive point I found is that it's... short.
With this entry, you'll probably be the winner... if you read the rankings by starting at the bottom...(Which qualifies you to compose France's 2007 eurovision song contest entry ! :-)

Sorry, I didn't like this one. I like the distorded juno synths, but you could have been way more original using all the possibilities MT2 offers.

My hints :
Work ! Simply work !
Even joke songs gotta be tracked seriously...

Also something that I'll probably copy-paste 3 billion times within this reviewing process : NAME YOUR TRACKS ! This would give your audiance and us judges a better view of how your track is built, will help newbies to learn how to use MT and to beat you in next year's compo :)
