Trance, muddy trance. The track follows the basic rules of trance. Intro buildup break climax outro. It even has the trance strings. Everything about this track says mainstream trance for the masses. The only thing not quite following the recipe is having the fadeout at the end instead of a beats only outro.

The mix in general is very off balance. Right from the get go I get a feeling as if I'm listening to the track through a closed door or in a starecase. The track lacks clarity, it lacks the presence of high frequencies. While some instruments stand out, most instruments sound as if they're suffocating, they don't have enough space and thus drown in the general mish-mash that occurs.

If you're into mainstream trance you might get a kick out of this one. I doubt you'll be amazed though.

How original, a trancer !
Para bailar toda la noce ?

An average one I must however say, mainly because of technical issues...

On the positive side :
- It works as a trancer, for sure.
- I like the sine synth (even if it does not require superwave to acheive this sound).
- Good positive trance melodies come up towards the middle of the track.

On the negative side :
- The mixing is quite poor. Too many frequency overlaps make the mix very muddy. This does not sound pro. To get a mix clear, the frequencies used by the different instruments shouldn't overlap too much each other. Besides this, certain sounds (like the synth strings are way too loud).
- Originality, where are you ? OK, I won't be too harsh on this one as you obviously chosed to do a very standardized music style, but even within this very standardized style, the use of more original sounds here and there could have spiced up the whole track a lot. I could compare your entry to some thai food with all the basic elements there, except the hot chillis... That synthlead could have been made much more powerfull and addictive by just playing with the knobs of superwave here and there (same comment as for Vertikal's entry here).

To be true, I like this kind of music a lot, if it shows a little originality and if technically it's well done. Too bad for you there is that sound engeneering issue that costed you several points, because some elements are really excellent and show that you are a very good musician (like the synthlead melody starting at pattern 1b, that made the theme note get up from 6 to 8) that just needs to learn some more sound engeneering tricks now.

Learn those tricks (from the top entries for exemple) and you'll become a madtracking trance master !
