Guess we here have a hardtrance tune, pretty good one actually. Must admit that hardtrance normally isn't my favourite genre, but this tune was pretty catchy actually. It would be even better if a couple of things were different.
The siren in the beginning, that sound has been heard in so many tunes by now it's getting old. It's pretty well implemented though, but another thing that bothers me about it is that I really don't see the use of it? Is it somehow supposed to warn us about the imminent invasion of our minds? It's only used once, so in my opinion it could have been left out just as well. I don't think it does the tune any good. Same goes for the vocal sample, it again sounds weak compared to the rest of the song. It should have had some treatment, maybe cutting everything below 1KHz leaving just the high-end, then adding a flange on it, and finish things of with a wicked delay, instead of now just saying mind invaders with a normal voice.
The lead melody played with instr 09 I would have liked to have inbetween beats, instead of on beats like it's now. That, I think, would have given the tune some more flow. Now it sounds a bit chopped wherever that lead melody plays, gives the tune a bit of a robotic feel. But maybe that was the intention... It's more a matter of taste anyway, and not that important for the overall feeling.
I like the effect that has been put on the basskick at 50 seconds for instance, simply cool. Very nice way to mark an end of a section. From that point onward for a while, the tune reminds me a bit of Dj Tiesto - flight 643. A similar transition, but longer, was done in that tune. Pretty nice if you ask me. The break is good also IMO, that hollow synth that plays there really adds to that mind invading sence.
The sample selection in general also is good, except for that vocal sample, and that air raid siren. Otherwise I think all samples work well togheter, and they are of good quality also.
Madtracker effects have been implemented with care also.
All in all, a well made tune. Good work!

This is just a very classic techno beat with sound modeling, breathtaking drums and some technical tricks.
Easy to listen and easier to forget.
In definitive, a lot of well used technics for a wide lack of inspiration.
