Seems to be a tune that's supposed to loop for infinity. I made this conclusion based on that the end and beginning float into one another very well, and the fact that the tune has no proper intro or outro, it jumps directly into the action. I don't think it's a very good idea to submit a tune that loops for infinity to an producer compo, even if it's a tracker compo and the possibility for making a endless loop exists.
However, even if it's only a 1:40 minutes long loop, it's pretty well done, technically. I especially like the bassline in this tune, pretty groovy somehow. I also found that female aaah sound to be pretty fitting, even if it at first glanse doesn't seem to belong at all. The tune has a pretty nice atmosphere over it.
Samples are of good quality, it seems the selection of samples has been done with such care that not much needed to be done in madtracker itself. Madtrackers possibilies could have been used more though, that "aaah" sound could have used a bit of reverb on it for instance, to make it sink into the mix better. And I think the drums could have used some working on, the snare for instance could have used a bit more volume to it, or a bit more "snap". It dissapears into the background a bit too much, especially when those warm pads and strings play. Some panning on the drumset could have been good also. Now everything is more or less in the middle of the stereofield.
Bad stuff then, well, it's the same short melody loop played throughout the, eehh, loop, only with different instruments. The melody loop is about 8 seconds long and gets repeated, with various instruments and one break, ten times in this 1:40 minute lifespan. You do the math... Even for a relatively short track, it gets boring pretty quickly.
This loop I think would have been a great piece of music, had it been developed into a proper song, with a beginning and an end, and a bit more variation to the melody being played.

A good idea for a start.
An easy listenning tune well made.
It deserves more work to be honest, so i will rate it medium.
Add some effects for exemple.
The theme sounds good at first ----> 10 th earing, after that you know...

Use Mad Trackera so primitively is not meaningful.
