A sort of happy tune this one. Has a bit of schlager over it.
What is a bit bugging with this tune is the weird panning used at occasions. Sometimes an instrument gets thrown from one channel to the other and back again very quickly. This causes, to me at least, a very disturbing feeling. Especially when listening through headphones it's very irritating, because you somehow get thrown of balance.
The melody flows very nicely, most of the time. There are some things I don't like so much about it though. The piano melody going from pattern 0B to 0C for instance, doesn't sound right in my ears. The melody immediately goes from one structure to another, even though there otherwise are pauses everytime a new pattern plays. I'm not sure I explained this so well, but I hope you got the point.
The drums are very "simple", meaning there's not much going on there. They shuffle around a bit, play a bit different occasionally. Sometimes they sound a bit like the pre-programmed drumloops on a Casio keyboard. But I think they suit the tune well.
Lead instruments are switched very quickly, and often. This makes the tune sound a bit hasty IMO. It's a bit like "let's throw in this instrument quickly so nobody forgets the melody".
I like the happy feeling of the tune. It's not easy to make a happy vibe, but here it's done IMO. |

This song reminds me of a long-lost folk song. Very good musical craftmanship. I also enjoyed the various transitions, very nice!
When I was listening I found myself wanting to turn the drums up and add effects in order to give the song a less confined feel.
Anyhow you style is tight and original.
Thankyou |

style: pop, electro, folk. wow, you can hear the romania people singin and dacin' !! really oriental touch with a lot of heart inside, a real theme! the drumsamples sounds a bit poor like all the samples - but the arrangement makes that forgiveable! sometimes the arrangement seems not clean ...however: nice work! very skillful composer..
