| Your almost basic trance tune this one is. Nothing much original in this one, except that it goes a bit on the lines of old school trance (from 94-96). It has the build ups the climax and the ending that every respectable trance tune must(?) have. One in the stream of many regular trance tunes, which sadly will cause this one to "dissapear amongst the crowd". The vocal "feel the generation" sample probably is from the tune "Feel the generation", produced by Dj Mind-X (if Mind-x is the original author of the sample or not I don't know, but the same sample is used his tune). Not a big thing, but I personally think it's good policy to make a note about it somewhere in the parameters box when one takes samples from someone else, especially when it's copyrighted work, and especially when it's so clear that you are not the original author. Anyway, back to the real issue. And that is reverb, it's used way too much. Everything floats into a huge mess of undefinable sounds. It's as if the tune was recorded in a cathedral. No real definition in any sounds. On top of that it makes the samples sound to be of low quality, even though they all are 44.1KHz/16Bit Instrument 0C, the way it's used in this tune, to be honest, it sounds lame. It's as if someone unmotivated, tried to make an exciting scream/shout while trying to immitate a whale. Not a good pick IMO, it doesn't fit the tune at all. The theme is nice IMO. If the finishing would have been better it could have been a pretty neat piece of music. | |||||||||||

| A tune without originality. Only the good use of fx brings up the rating. We can find all the tricks often found in every techno single. | |||||||||||
