Some kind of hard trance/techno/electro tune maybe? Don't know really how to treat this because it jumps from one style to another. It feels a bit as if the author practically ripped his hair out trying to come up with some variation to his tune. The result is that the same short loops are repeated throughout the whole song, with different lead instruments playing. This tune is more of a collection of tunes that play the same thing. On top of that, the part from about 2:50 up to 3:00 sounds detuned somehow, and I think it's instrument 08 that causes this. It seems it's not tuned to fit the other instruments properly.
The tune often sounds very empty. Very often, nothing goes on besides the drums and the lead instrument currently in charge. What this tune misses most of all is a decent bassline and background melodies. |

This is rather bad in general.
The bass line is in vacancy, the battery is monophonic and the principal theme seemd to be the pokemon one. Even with much of goodwill I do not find anything in this piece to raise the general tendency. |
