It's a club mix. Means, a pretty long drums only intro (for easy mixing). It has a pretty good energy, but it's also a pretty basic club tune (drumrolls and all).
The piano lead is pretty nice, but it's a bit crammed inbetween all these powerfull synths.
As I said, a pretty basic club tune. All the elements are there: drumintro, buildup, break (with standard issue drumroll), climax, drumoutro. Really, it goes pretty much by the book on everything.
The drums are fairly simple (standard issue kick-hihat-kick-hihat-clap/kick-hihat...).
As a club tune it's good (a bit too much in the bassrange though), I can imagine this one could raise a couple of hands in a club in the climax part of the song. But it's one of those that get's lost in the flow.

The tightened introduction of drums and melody which enters in the beginning speaks that the author was not defined with essence of a composition...
The melody has no development, and harmony and registration of arrangement very similar on "1999".
Arrangement unfortunately is primitive and not interesting.
Impression - mediocre house.
Quality - good and balanced.
