rewire and a few other questions

hi
1)
i'm trying to get mad tracker running with nuendo , and i only see 8 stereo channels in rewire . so what shall i do to enable the master channel?
2)
how am i supposed to listen to what i composed , if the transport commands do not work in madtracker while beeing in rewire mode? how do you handle this?
3)
will midi out for rewire work sometimes?

the thing is that i'm searching a tracker that works just fine along a hard disc recording program. mad tracker could be that .. if rewire midi functionalities were implemented.
i've spent a lot of time with renoise but the midi clock slave functionality is just not enough to get a tracker running along nuendo on one asio system.

since i'm not experienced with mt in rewire i can only answer your first question: the free version of mt is limited to 8 stereo channels in rewire, you have to register to have all of them.

probably this link can answer the other questionts: http://www.madtracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1378

rewire limitations are listed nowhere in register information.
anyway... by rewiring nuendo and mt , the sound stutters first for about 20 seconds. anyone had this problem before?
