I think everyone got the point across with Undo.
It'd be nice to have some flexibility with it. Kinda dumbed down it seems right now, but there's plenty of room for improvement. Making it more like Cool Edit in terms of the abilitiy to chop, rearrange, split, etc... would be nice. And maybe an easier way of assigning samples to an instrument too (then again I'm new so it's probably foreign to me anyway) |

Chop: Select and cut the pieces you wanna chop.
Rearrange: Select and cut, then paste where you want.
Split: Select and cut, go to sample properties, select the next blank sample bank, set volume to 80, go to the sample editor, paste, and give it a name. Larry, for example.
It's been said before, if the user wants a sample editor, then the user should look for a sample editor. It's much easier in the end, and you'll get better results. |
