Yes,
all you have to do is open up your mixer in mt, go to the track which you want to have multiple effects on. In the bottom of that track you can read "master" right click on master then choose another track. Now the first track will play the effects that you have put out on thoose two tracks. To get even more than two effects do the same thing again with the track you already routed to, and so it goes on. There can be some problems with some combinations of effects but it can be solved with some tricks, if you need them just shout

yes thank you for the info it helped a lot. another quick question though. the track that i specify for the second effect - does it have to be empty, or can i specify a track that i already have notes on but contains the desired second effect for the first track?
