hey all,

been working on this track today, not quite finished though, but I'd like to hear your oppinions and comments on this piece...

Qbical - Diamond

I've experimented with 2 drum compressors, one for all the percussion wich is then routed into another one where all the kick tracks are routed to. When you give a note off command on the kick track the whole output turns 0 creating great little break effects. Check it out!

Hi

Very interesting track, I always enjoy listning to your stuff because of the playfullness of your tunes. I`m not to sure about the compressor idea - it accutally didnt sound very well on my (cheap&old) setup. It sounded like it was poorly mixed, which I know is not an issue for you. Smile

The part from 2.20 to 2.50 was pure GOLD!! - in my ears thats where the song is, and I would have wanted that part to be longer. But dont get me wrong its still a very strong tune as it is.

well the track isn't finished yet, there will be a larger part with the chord bleeps Smile

If you like the way those bleeps go, check out some tracks by James Holden, my main source of inspiration lately Smile
( especialy is remix of britney's 'breath on me' )
