Downloading now, testing will be performed throughout the night !

A bug remained in the configuration window. If you click on "Help" it will crash. There is already a fix. More information here:
http://www.madtracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1776
The download packages have been updated. The version number remains the same though.
If you have already installed the final, download this new MT2.exe to replace the existing one.
Registered users will also have to download their MT2.dat file again.
Sorry about that.

First of all, congratz for the release on the final version, i really like to work with madtracker ... *thumbs up!*
But, when i dubbelclick on a track , my cursor won't focus to that track anymore ...
Is it a bug , or is my pc shaking things up ?

Look for "Go to new pattern position on mouse click" in the configuration.

Testing...
I did a simple but effective (and long - almost 10 minutes long) VST-only trance track with the RCFinal.
And then, I wanted to export it as .wav...
Altough I installed my mt2.dat file (MT2 recognizes it, that works OK) downloaded the latest wave exporter available from my registered area, the wave export button remained desperately grey...
Bug ?
I finally managed to export that little piece of trance using... MT2rc6. |

Make sure you were using the new MT2.exe and re-download your MT2.dat file.

I did that ... with no more results than before.
Has anyone else noticed troubles like this ?
It does the same with all my modules, not only that little trance track I made to test RC2.5final. |

I just found out I forgot to clear the MT2.dat files cache. Please download it again and see if it works.
I just tried and it worked for me.

I downloaded again :
- mt2.dat
- wave and rewire extensions.
and...
...it still does'nt work.
Could it be because I still have RC6 installed on my machine ? |

Do I need to uninstall all previous versions of madtracker or can I just install over the top? The reason I ask is because a lot of my vst plugins are installed in the MT2 dir with saved presets and I don't want to lose them or anything in my tracks using vst. |

If you choose to uninstall you should move your VSTs to another folder first if they are located in the madtracker VST folder. Otherwise uninstalling will delete them. |

I'm having the same problem as TNK / ATK project, and I tried re-installing the .dat and extension files a couple of times.
Aside from that, no complaints here!
