I think my HD is there to stay. I haven't got any email response yet... Besides, even if he still has it, I doubt I would ever see it again anyway - He would probably want me to send him money for stamps... And then god knows what would happen.
I was feeling so happy when I sent it and I really thought everything would go fine... Until it didn't. In retrospect, I WOULD have sent it to you if it crossed my mind.
I went on a spamming spree beforehand about mounting an amiga HD on linux, and.. Bah.... forget it. If I get my stuff back, I'm gonna post my "summer wind" song here... |

Oldest song I have online is 'Dance', recently sent to me by an old friend. I've always been a bit lazy when it comes to backup. The track was made when I studied with a mate in Trondheim and is a little over six years old. FT2 power!

Argh, so interested, but the song cannot be played back here! Are you sure the file isn't corrupted? Or is it in a communist-only file format? |

Hey, that sounds really fresh actually. I like the innovative way of using chip sounds ..
Anyway, 1999 wasn't that far away

Kind of embarrassing ...
My first mod, written on the Amiga in Protracker or Startrekker, in 1991.
MadTracker plays back the 3 command wrong, so it sounds a bit funny on Pos 33, Line 24. I could have changed it and saved it out as an xm or mt2, but I wanted it to be in the original format...
I was 12 when I wrote it.

Seriously for a first mod thats awesome. I mean there's a melody and pulse that can be followed. 2F and forward is pure rock! |

Thanks!
Actually, before this mod I had written a tune in Sonic 2.0.
But that song is long lost. But yes, this was my first actual mod. |
