Using Fx xxxx is kinda nice.
But when I use F0 0000 to turn off an effect, I cannot turn it back on within the song. I have to open up the FX menu, and re-choose the effect I want to be enabled.
Example:
I go to FX, put "Filter" on.
I play some notes in the song, song works fine. Filter applied.
I use F0 000 to turn off the filter in the song.
I listen. Filter turns off. Nice.
I use F3 000 a bit later to set FILTER on again.
Does not work. Filter is still off.
In FX menu, the "enable track effect" is on, but the filter FX is not chosen.
I tried F3 F324 etc too to see if that helped but to no avail.
Any suggestions? |

Hi Souleye,
to change a Track effect you do it like this:
F0 XXXX
X Track effect ID:
0. no effect
1. Delay
2. stereo delay
3. Filter
4. Flanger
5. analogue filter
6. distortion
102. Reverb
So to turn on the filter you type:
F0 3000 or F0 3333 (I am not quite sure which works better)
Its important to keep the F0 part and then just change the following numbers like shown above. F3 is another command which has ASFAIK no function. Hope that helps

Nope. Nothing works. I guess I made a typo there with the F3, but my problem remains. I'd like you to try for yourself to turn on and off a filter a few times and then tell me how it works - but my guess is that it won't. |

This is how you set the fx:
F0 0000 - turns off fx
F0 0001 - turns on delay
F0 0002 - turns on stereo delay
F0 0003 - turns on filter
F0 0004 - turns on flange
F0 0005 - turns on analog filter
F0 0006 - turns on distortion
F0 0102 - turns on mpReverb
F0 0103 - turns on mpReverb2
The manual is a bit unclear on this, as it simply says F0 XXXX to set and X = fx id. It should point out that the numbering starts from the right: F0 XXX0, XXX1, XXX2 etc. |
