I remember Wolfenstein 3D being in colour... Like a spin-off of the Doom series, except for the fact that it was made before Doom. But other than that, cool
This one looks like it'd be for a gameboy or something. Hehehe |

the first time I played wolf3d I still had to play it in 4 colour CGA graphics, so the monotone color setting the java app has, suits me fine!

as it is a java app, maybe it would work on some mobile phone? I'm a bit out of date when it comes to mobiles, but I think I read somewhere about Nokia or was it Samsung having a mobile that understands Java
Would be neat to play in class |

w00t! haha, i just killed 3 guys in 1 shot...
sony ericsson T610 does too, and sharp's new one does.. in fact most new released phones with big LCD screens support java now. it probably would be easy to download into the phone and play, but since my phone doesn't support it, i can only assume...

That's no Java, it's JavaSCRIPT, so you can't play this on a mobile phone... |

Ok, that's it, I can't take it anymore...
There's got to be SOMEONE in the world who can ultimately create a hack in the next shipment of phones so that they can support JavaScript. I'm addicted to this game.
Hell, I'd even support someone to create a hack for a calculator so that it could support this game
(TI-83+ preferrably... Hey, does anyone have the frogger game for that? ) |

*THUD!*
Well, here's hoping that SOMEONE hacks that next shipment of phones for us (for free preferrably), because we all love this game very, very much (hint hint? anyone?)
Worth a shot |

Then still, you can't play *this* Wolf3d version on your phone, because it's JavaSCRIPT!
There might be a (true) Java version that you can play on your phone; if so, it would look exactly the same as the original Wolf3d, because Java is more powerful than JavaSCRIPT. |

Gah! Ok, I'm confused. Everyone's been confusing me today.
I *know* that phones don't handle JavaScript. I was *saying* that, maybe, hopefully, *someone* would create a hack in the next shipment of phones so that they *could* handle JavaScript!
But yes, it would be much easier to just obtain a Java version, providing that such a thing exists. |
