yeah i forget the actual method, but you inverse one channel of the instrumental then copy and mix-paste it exactly into the original..
i forget though so i am probably wrong..

I thought it was both channels. Lol, whoops!
Ah well, maybe the one-channel-at-a-time-cancelation method works better  |
