Antares Auto-Tune 3.
Only free on P2P networks.
And I don't know if it comes as a VST. |

I think autotune is at version 4 now
It's both vst and dx plugin.
a free vocoder is mda vocoder, but I haven't tested this one. |

mda vocoder works by using a stereo sample, were one channel is the carrier, and the other one is the modulator...
haven't realy tried it though, I like a bit more controll.
I've used OrangeVocoder, but that one doesn't realy alows me to make melody's with it.
The other one I tried ( and you can hear it on my track 'Buy the world' ) is NI's Vokator, a great, but kinda difficult to use program, I'm not realy satisfied with it, as it is more an vocal synth then a real vocoder, but it gives results...

yah to use the orange vocoder you need a keyboard to make melodies
so them mda vocoder is similar to the vocoder in FruityLoops then right? |

Actually, you can make melodies. Multi-key at that.
Problem is, you can only make melodies via the Automation, by replacing one of the entries with one of the many "keyboard" entries.
PJ: Search for iMesh, then download it, then download KaZaa Lite with iMesh, then use KaZaa Lite to download Antares AutoTune 3 (Or 4, if you'd like... Actually, I might just do that now, if it's available as a VST.. ).
Or use a freebie. Whatever floats your bubble. |
